Our Chef Collin Strobach

Collin Strohbach Private chef

Born in Germany, Collin discovered at an early age that cooking was not just a profession, but a passport to the world.

He trained at the prestigious Brillat Savarin school before gaining enriching experiences in Dubai, Spain, Switzerland, London at the famous Scott's, and Paris. Arriving in Quebec in 2013, he was won over by its vibrant culinary scene. His contributions to the opening of Le Monarque in 2018, alongside Jérémie Bastien, further enhanced his reputation.

In 2024, Collin took part in the Radio-Canada TV show "Les Chefs!- L'affrontement".
